Operation principle Functions and components: Primary- and secondary inverter control This is the block diagram of an AC TIG -power source with active power factor correction. A power source based on this principle can be loaded in TIG -process with 230 A current by a duty cycle of 40 % (1~ 230 Vac / 16 A slow fuse). -

It absolutely important because possible short circuit (e.g. improperly installed mica insulator) may damage the machine heavily. To execute following low voltage tests, Kemppi Multipower (and wire set) and digital multimeter is required. Be very careful and follow the instructions set by step to make everything in right order. Otherwise you may damage the machine or the testing equipment. -

• GND to the connector X15. Switch on the Kemppi Multipower and connect the 230VAC plug to the main supply voltage. ERR 3 should appear, if not machine cannot recognize the over/under voltage state. Connect jumper to the control card A001 jumper block X12 to mask off the Over/under voltage detection. -

Сварочный инвертор KEMPPI MasterTig MLS 2300 ACDC – многофункциональный источник питания с максимальным током 230 А, предназначенным для профессиональной сварки штучными электродами, способами TIG и TIG в импульсном режиме, на постоянном и переменном токе. Кроме того, устройство позволяет сочетать переменный и постоянный ток и работать в режиме MIX TIG (комбинированная сварка TIG). Мощность источника тока регулируется транзисторами IGBX работающими на частоте около 65 кГц.
Модели серии MasterTig MLS ACDC подходят для сварки TIG всех металлов, особенно алюминия и нержавеющей стали, а также для сварки ММА. Их можно использовать как для ручной, так и для автоматизированной сварки. В эту серию входят наиболее универсальные и современные аппараты для сварки TIG.
Для аппарата можно приобрести две различные сменные панели управления, имеющие все основные функции, необходимые для сварки TIG, а также множество полезных дополнительных функций, повышающих качество и производительность сварочных работ:
- Панель управления ACS – основные регулировки и режим MIX TIG.
- Панель управления ACX – множество функций, которые облегчают сварочные работы и повышают скорость их выполнения. Например, функция Minilog позволяет повышать или понижать напряжение во время сварки нажатием на выключатель горелки. Функция 4T LOG помогает начать и закончить сварку.
Mastertig MLS 2300 ACDC оснащен собственным блоком охлаждения для горелок с водяным охлаждением – MasterCool 20.

В эту серию входят наиболее универсальные и современные сварочные аппараты для сварки TIG. Они были разработаны компанией Kemppi на основе последних собственных исследований в сфере сварочных технологий.
MasterTig MLS 2300 ACDC — это сварочный аппарат TIG, который работает от однофазной сети. Благодаря специальной технологии PFC сварочный ток аппарата с учетом его размеров исключительно высок.
MasterTig MLS 3003 ACDC – эти модели представляют собой высокоэффективные и универсальные сварочные аппараты TIG, которые работают от трехфазной сети. Номинальное напряжение модели 3003 составляет от 230 до 400 В.
Надежная дуга при работе на постоянном и переменном токе
Эти аппараты выдают любой род тока: переменный и постоянный прямой и обратной полярности. Кроме того, доступна функция MIX TIG, т.е. сочетание переменного и постоянного тока.
Цифровые панели управления ACS- и ACX предлагают все основные функции, необходимые при сварке TIG, а также множество полезных дополнительных функций, повышающих качество и производительность сварочных работ.
